Free Mobile Petting Zoo at Resorts World Birmingham
Nature’s Burrow is bringing its popular free Mobile Petting Zoo to Resorts World Birmingham every Monday during the school summer holidays, running from 27 July to 31 August, between 11am and 12.30pm.
The hands-on experience gives children and adults the opportunity to get up close to a variety of friendly animals while learning more about them from expert animal handlers. An additional handler will also be on hand throughout the summer holiday sessions, allowing even more families to enjoy the experience.
Visitors can meet, handle and learn about a range of fascinating creatures, with plenty of opportunities to take photos throughout the event. The animal line-up changes each week, meaning no two visits are the same, and may include reptiles, birds of prey, mini beasts, domestic mammals, exotic mammals and more.
There’s no need to book, simply drop into the atrium between 11am and 12.30pm to take part.
The Mobile Petting Zoo forms part of Resorts World’s summer programme of free family activities. Visitors can also pick up a Children’s Adventurer Passport during their visit, collecting stamps at family events throughout the year and working towards exciting rewards.
After meeting the animals, families can enjoy Resorts World’s restaurants, cafés, shops and entertainment venues, making it easy to turn the visit into a full day out. Visitors can also return later in the week for Free Dinosaur Fridays, which take place every Friday throughout the summer holidays.
The Mobile Petting Zoo is free to attend and suitable for most ages. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Standard Resorts World parking charges apply.
