MARQUEE DEPARTURE LOUNGE
Immerse yourself in festive fun and excitement in our marquee lounge. Engage in games and activities for all ages! Visit our North Pole post office and pen a heartwarming letter to Santa himself. Get creative with Santa’s Elves as you craft magical reindeer food.
Arrive here 45 minutes – 1 hour before your booked time slot. You will be able to go back into the Marquee following your trip to see Santa unless you are on the last booked time slot of the day in which case arrive at least 1 hour prior to your booked time slot as you may not be able to re-enter the Marquee after seeing Santa.
MAGICAL TRAIN RIDE THROUGH THE ENCHANTED WOODS
All aboard the Christmas Train for a journey through the dazzling Heart of England site! Glide beneath glittering lights and through picturesque woods as you embark on a tour to Santa’s Workshop. Marvel at the sights and sounds of the holiday season as you travel with our Head Elf as your guide.
SANTA’S GROTTO
Step into a world of wonder as you arrive at our enchanting Santa’s Grotto. Arrive 45 minutes – 1 hour before your time slot and venture into our marquee departure lounge, but watch out for mischievous Elves who add a touch of cheeky fun to the atmosphere!
VR CHRISTMAS SLEIGH RIDE
Take a ride on our virtual Reality 4D Sleigh Ride! through LapLand’s stunning landscapes. Soar over snow-covered forests, glide across frozen lakes, and experience the enchantment of Santa’s Workshop like never before!
SOFT PLAY AREA FOR INFANTS
A heartwarming festive extravaganza that will immerse you in the spirit of Christmas like never before!
To thank you for your visit, all children visiting Santa’s Grotto will receive a small token gift.
The experience lasts between 20 – 30 minutes and you will be returned back to the Marquee departure lounge where you will disembark the train and can continue to enjoy the activities and games in the Marquee. For the last slots on each day please arrive 1 hour early for your experience as you may not be able to re-enter the Marquee after visiting Santa and we want you to make the most out of your visit!
