World Book Day – celebration

Special After School Opening of the Gardens Thursday 2nd March
Don’t stop celebrating Reading for Pleasure when the school day finishes

We know just how excited many children get when dressing up as their favourite book characters to go to school on World Book Day every year.
We’re inviting children – dressed up or not – to visit the Gardens after school on Thursday 2nd March.
We will be open for children from 3.30 – 5.30pm on that day.
All children – with their grownups – are invited for free!

Percy the ParkKeeper himself will be here to read stories.
They’ll be other books around to read and share together.
The Gardens will be free to roam -a great opportunity to let off steam after school! – and the Percy Activity Trails and Nature Spotter sheets are available too
