New Name. New Menu. New Opening Times

One of Resorts World’s most iconic venues, its rooftop bar and restaurant, is making a few changes.

It has a new name. It will now be known as Sky Bar & Restaurant. It will be opening for longer hours, offering everything from coffees, cakes and pastries in the morning through to lunch, afternoon tea and dinner in the evening, as well as serving drinks and cocktails from the bar from 11.30am until late every day of the week.

A new and extensive menu has been created that will offer guests a wide range of culinary delights to satisfy every occasion. The new menu will include established favourites such as: peri peri chicken, a full rack of ribs with smoky maple and bourbon barbecue glaze and fish and chips. It will feature a selection of steaks, lighter dishes and fish dishes, such as pan-fried sea bass with chilli, ginger and rice noodles, and even a new section of house burgers.

A menu curated for kids is also available for families looking to enjoy the stunning views and great atmosphere of the rooftop location.

From Friday to Sunday, 12 noon – 4pm, guests can enjoy the all-new bottomless afternoon tea: featuring either a traditional, ploughman’s, vegan or gluten free afternoon tea, with a choice of bottomless sparkling wine, mocktails, beers, cocktails or gin.

Commenting on the changes, Director of Operations at Resorts World,
Jason Kirsch said;

“We have invested time and resource in researching what our guests want from our iconic rooftop bar and restaurant. As a result of this work, we have curated what we believe to be a fabulous menu that is both extensive and great value for money. It has something for everyone and every occasion, whether you want to celebrate with a 14 oz fillet steak or relax and tuck into one of our house burgers.

“Although we have a new name and menu, our attention to detail and great service will remain at the heart of what we do.

“Looking at how guests visit Resorts World and what they want to do throughout the day has led to us extending the opening hours so that we can offer more experiences and make it more accessible, particularly for families with children.

“Sky Bar & Restaurant, as it has been renamed, still offers stunning views, a unique atmosphere and great food and drinks. We are confident that the changes we have made, which are very much an evolution on what we had already established, will be a great success.”
