Touchwood’s Wizarding School of Magic: Saturday 25^th October – Sunday 2^nd November

Hidden away in the caretaker’s cottage, budding magicians will embark on a spellbinding journey. Begin with the Sorting Ceremony, where you’ll don your cloak and be placed into your house. Then, craft your very own wand and learn your first spell, before heading to the Potion Slime Lab to brew a magical (and delightfully slimy) potion to take home. Finally, hop on your training broom for Broomstick Basics, filled with games and flying fun.

Every graduate will receive their official Wizard Broomstick Licence Certificate!

This Halloween, Solihull transforms into a world of tricks, treats and terrifyingly good fun!

Dress to impress and join the fun at the Halloween spooktacular disco, where free balloons and face painting add to the party preparations for the parade.

Try and catch our ghoulish gliding zombie Pirates, take a scary selfie with a haunted scarecrow or headless man, and don’t forget to cast a few spells with the pair of wonderful witches who have whizzed in on their broomsticks!

Celebrate autumn at the Newlands Bishop Farm Pumpkin Patch event! Pick your own pumpkin from the tipi field, enjoy family-friendly activities, meet friendly farm animals, and tuck into seasonal treats from Berry’s Café.

There will be plenty of autumn fun for the whole family, from scavenger hunts to photo opportunities in the picturesque farm setting. Woodland Wizards: Tuesday 28^th October – Friday 30^th October
Step into a world of enchantment and join the gardens for a spellbinding outdoor adventure! Budding young sorcerers are invited to train as Wizard’s apprentices – crafting their own wands, conjuring mythical creatures, mixing muddy potions, and playing spooky woodland games. Fancy dress is welcome, so feel free to arrive as your favourite witch or wizard!

Halloween Potions Class: Wednesday 29^th October and Saturday 1^st November

Whether you’re a seasoned spell-caster or just beginning your magical journey, this hands-on workshop is perfect for all levels. You’ll be sorted into Hogwarts Houses before diving into a bubbling cauldron of fun – mixing Troll Bogeys, Wartcap Powder, Dragon’s Blood, and perhaps even a dash of Veritas Serum to create 3 or 4 mysterious potions… depending on how much magic the class can muster! Guided by expert potion masters, each apprentice will leave with a potion bottle filled with their favourite concoction, and a head full of magical memories.

Spooky Disco in the Gardens: Friday 31^st October

Get ready for non-stop boppy Halloween tunes under the shelter of the stretch tent at Castle Bromwich Historic Gardens! Expect a lively atmosphere with energetic music, dancing, and Halloween cheer in a safe, friendly setting. Kids can bounce, boogie, and burn off some energy while grown-ups enjoy the festive fun.

Fancy dress is encouraged – just remember to wrap up warm! Hot chocolate and other refreshments will be available to keep everyone cosy.

Resorts World 10 Years Birthday Weekender: Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th October

Resorts World’s atrium will burst into life with circus performers, magic shows, live music, children’s crafts, DJs, and even a silent disco. For the first time ever, guests can Pick Their Own pumpkins from a sprawling 5-acre pumpkin field, or browse the impressive indoor barn to find the perfect one.
