Sushi School at Yakinori Solihull – Let the Good Times Roll!

Ready to roll like a pro? Yakinori’s Adult Sushi-Making Class is the perfect way to spice up your evening with something hands-on, fun, and delicious.

In this two-hour experience, you’ll dive into the art of sushi with the guidance of a Yakinori sushi master. Learn about the history of sushi, discover delicious ingredients, and pick up expert knife skills—including how to get the perfect cut of salmon.

You’ll make a range of classic rolls including cucumber maki, California rolls, salmon & avocado hand rolls, nigiri, and even salmon sashimi. And don’t worry—vegan options are available too!

We’ll kick things off with a welcome drink (soft drink, Asahi beer, or wine), followed by a selection of starters like edamame, chicken gyoza, and tempura prawns. At the end, you’ll toast your new skills with sake—or bubble tea for our under-16 “ninjas.”
